ROUGIERThese conditions of sale are entered into, on the one hand by the District Productions (hereafter referred to as “District Productions”) and on the other hand any individual or company who wishes to purchase an item via the District Productions website, hereafter referred to as “the Buyer”.
These conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between District Productions and the Buyer and the conditions which apply to any purchase done via the District Productions retail website.
Orders and deliveries will be done by District Productions. Additionally, payments will be sent to District Productions.
Any order for a product featured on the website shop.districtproductions.net implies the previous consultation and acceptation of these terms and conditions.
Products offered are those that appear in the catalog published on the District Productions website and which have been subject to a quality control check. All of the characteristics of the products are presented with snapshots and a description established from information provided by District Productions. The products are available while stocks last. Stocks being limited, the website will mention any item which is out of stock. However, in case of an error concerning the availability of a product, District Productions commits to reimbursing the Buyer.
The prices which are listed in the catalog are listed in EUROS, with taxes included.
District Productions reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being understood that the prices which appear in the catalog the day of the order are the only prices applicable to the Buyer.

Confirmation of the order indicates complete acceptance of these conditions of sales as well as recognition of being perfectly aware of them.
All of the information provided and the confirmation registered show proof of the transaction. The confirmation is the equivalent of a signature and indicates acceptance of the operation.
District Productions will communicate, via email, the following information: confirmation of the order, the amount billed, and the delay for delivery of the order.
Payments will be secured through the payment system PAYPAL. Information relative to this system is available on the website https://www.paypal.com.
Payments are made via a Paypal account.
The Buyer's account will be debited only upon validation of payment of the order and validation of the amount and delivery fees.

Delivery will be done in the following manner:
For standard deliveries to France (between 4 and 5 days): deliveries will be done by the postal service (La Poste);
For standard or express deliveries outside of France: deliveries will be done by La Poste as well.
The responsibility of the transporter, District Productions will not be sought in case of the impossibility to deliver the goods due to imprecise information in the delivery address.
The amount of delivery charges is indicated in the section entitled “Shopping Cart” and is subject to the Buyer's approval before validation of each order. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.
All products given to the transporter by District Productions are and remain in perfect shape.
In case of the delivery of damaged or incomplete merchandise, the Buyer must refuse the delivery and mention his reserves on the delivery slip.
The Buyer must then inform District Productions by email at the following address: themailorder@districtproductions.net requesting a new delivery, the corresponding delivery charges being covered by District Productions, or the cancellation of the sale and its reimbursement.
The address that the Buyer indicated for the delivery of his order can not be modified after validation.
Provided that the products are still in their original packaging and that they have not been worn, altered, dirtied, nor de-cellophaned for CD's/Records, the Buyer benefits from a period of withdrawal when he can cancel any order within fifteen days starting from the day of delivery of the order.

The Buyer will then be contacted by email regarding his request.
The right of withdrawal applies only to individuals.
In case of return of damaged goods, District Productions will return them to the Buyer who will be obliged to pay the transportation costs.
District Productions will reimburse goods returned under the above-mentioned conditions within a delay of fifteen days starting from the day of their reception.
The Buyer will be reimbursed in full the amount of the purchase and the one-way delivery costs, in accordance with the Loi Châtel. The cost of returning the merchandise is borne by the Buyer.
District Productions can not reimburse the difference of price in case of an exchange with a lower-priced product. However, District Productions commits to exchanging two articles whose prices are identical.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, but the cost of delivery of the exchanged goods will be borne by District Productions within the limits of one exchange.
In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned to District Productions who will take it back, exchange it or reimburse it.

The Buyer must return any non-conform product within fifteen days starting from the date of delivery of the order. The return delivery charges will be borne by District Productions.
District Productions, in the process of on-line sales can be held only to an obligation of means: its responsibility can not be engaged for damages resulting from the use of internet, such as the loss of information, intrusion, virus, rupture of service or other involuntary problems.
Concerning the non-fulfillment or the poor fulfillment of the contract, District Productions can nevertheless be exonerated in all or in part of its responsibility by providing proof that it is imputable, either to the client, or to a third-party (foreseeable or unforeseeable), or to a case of force majeure. The force majeure takes into account facts or unavoidable circumstances, beyond the parties' control, in spite of all reasonable efforts to avoid them. Are also considered as a case of force majeur, blockages of means of transportation or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightening, interruption of telecommunications network, and specifically all networks accessible via internet, or difficulties specific to the telecommunications network outside of the two parties.
The party affected by the force majeure will inform the other party within five working days following the date when the party became aware of this. Both parties will agree to conditions for the fulfillment of the contract.
It is forbidden to reproduce, take advantage of, disseminate or use, for any reason, even partially the elements of the website, be they visual or sound. Any link, simple or hypertext, is strictly forbidden, except with the written agreement of District Productions.
Consequently, any copy and use of the District Productions brand, any parasitism drawn from the exploitation of the website will automatically be pursued and sanctioned legally.
In accordance with the law concerning data-processing, data files and individual liberties of January 6, 1978, personal information relative to the Buyer can be the object of automatic treatment.
District Productions reserves the right to collect information on its Buyers, including the use of cookies. The Buyers can refuse disclosure of their contact information by notification at the following address: info@districtproductions.net.
Additionally, users have the right to access and rectify any information concerning themselves, in accordance with the law. Immediately upon request by the Buyer who wishes to have data deleted, District Productions commits to removing all of the information. The information which is collected will not be used for commercial reasons other than those specifically targetted by the website and which can be developped at a later date by District Productions.

These conditions of on-line sales are subject to French law.
In case of litigation, the tribunal of PARIS is competent, without regards to the plurality of defenders or recourse under warranty.
